CSiAssistant
CSiAssistant is a native Windows utility that allows users to manage their installed CSI applications and install additional CSI software. It is installed on the same system where the CSI products are to be installed and run.
Once installed, users will be asked to sign into the CSiAssistant. The CSiAssistant will automatically check and update itself every time it is run.

Features
Tailored list of all CSI cloud sign-in licensed products available to download and install based on the user’s customer account.
Lists all software installed on the machine and which ones have new major/minor versions available to be upgraded/updated to.
Manage applications requested product level (where applicable).
Manage installed products' License Mode from a single utility (where applicable).
Set up PAT (Personal Access Token) sign-in on this machine. More information on PATs can be found on the Personal Access Token page.
Permissions
To install or update the CSiAssistant, the user will need administrative permissions on their machine.
To download CSI software from the CSiAssistant, the user will need the Downloads permission for their User Role. More information about user roles and assignments can be found on the User Management Dashboard page.
To install CSI software through the CSiAssistant, the user will need administrative permissions on their machine.
Available Cloud Sign-in Products Tab
The Available Cloud Sign-in Products tab shows a list of all the products the user’s customer has licenses for.
Depending on the user’s User Role, the user may be able to:
Download and install the latest product release
Download and install previous minor versions for a major version
Installed Products Tab
The Installed Products tab shows all the products and versions installed on the machine. Users can do the following from this view:
Launch the software
Update to a later minor version (if a new major version is available it will be noted as well)
Change the level of the software (for current or all users)
If applicable, change the license mode (for current or all users)
Uninstall the software
