Hinge assignments

Illegal hinge assignments, each discontinued after update from a previous software version, are listed as follows:

• In version 11 of SAP2000, it was possible to assign, to a concrete hinge, a software-calculated rotation or curvature scale factor. With update to versions 12 and 14, this hinge assignment is no longer legal. Users must specify scale factors manually.
