Bridge object superelevation
Bridge object superelevation
Sign convention for bridge deck-section superelevation follows the right hand rule. For example, when looking upstation, the right hand rule is applied about the layout line; this results in a positive superelevation in which the right edge of the deck is lower than the left edge.
