Reducible live load
Reducible live load may be considered on a member-by-member basis.
Reducible live-load pattern
To implement reducible live load, a load pattern of type Reducible Live must first be defined, as shown in Figure 1:

Live-load reduction factors
Live-load-reduction factors may then be assigned on a member-by-member basis. This may be done either within the graphical user interface, once design is complete, by right-clicking on a member, or it may be done using interactive database editing, as shown in Figures 2 and 3:
