SAP2000 results may be automatically saved upon the completion of analysis through the following process:

Define database table named sets

Create a named set for the database tables which will be exported by selecting Define > Named Sets > Tables, as shown in Figure 1:

Specify output file

On the Analysis Options menu, available through Analyze > Set Analysis Options, specify output to a Tabular File, as shown in Figure 2:

Once analysis is run, an Access or Excel file will be created with the specified output. To create analysis reports, see Reporting in SAP2000.
