The purpose of this tutorial is to utilize the Section Designer to develop the chamfered bulb girder section shown in the figure below

First, start the section designer and [use polygons draw the outline of the bulb girder section] without the radial chamfers as shown in the screenshot below:

Switch to the reshape mode via "Draw > Reshape Mode", click on the section and then right-click on each corner joint to specify a radius for the chamfer:

Below is the final chamfered bulb tee girder section:
