Perpendicular Diaphragms at skew end

As of V12.0.2, it is possible to create only diagrams that run over the entire width of the bridge. Specifying perpendicular diaphragm in the vicinity of skewed abutment would create illegal definition as the diaphragm would cross with the skewed abutment line. In this case, the program reverts to the default diaphragm orientation.

You could still define perpendicular diaphragms, but it would need to be done manually, outside of the bridge modeler.
