I defined time dependent properties for my analysis, but it has no effect on the analysis. Why?

Why do the time-dependent properties defined not affect analysis?

Answer: Time-dependent properties must be assigned using a staged-construction load case with a nonzero stage duration and the option to include for time dependent properties in analysis. Please see time dependent properties page for additional information.-dependent properties selected.

3 incomplete looks like this question came directly from a user. Either the answer needs to be rephrased to say that time-dependent properties do affect analysis, or the question needs to be changed. (that's my take on it, but I'd love to know what you think)
