A nonlinear-static staged-construction load case is defined using stages, possibly with multiple operations specified for each stage. A single result or multiple results may be saved for a given stage, depending upon the input assigned to the Results Saved for Nonlinear Static Load Cases form, shown in Figure 1:

 

 

Results are reported in terms of cumulative steps. The correspondence between output steps and input stages must be determined according to the number of steps saved for a given stage. When time-dependent behavior is considered for a staged-construction load case, the software saves one additional step per stage to calculate the time-dependent effects.
