Error cause

Please try register this component by running the command prompt cmd.exe command As Administrator and then by registering the .ocx file by running the following command:
regsvr32 c:\windows\syswow64\Actbar3.ocx
You may need to adjust the path to the actbar3.ocx file in the above command to register the file, based on where this file is located on your system. To locate the file, please use the Windows file search feature.
