The *Sentinel RMS License Manager* may be [installed|kb:Installation] on one or more computers to establish and coordinate a computer network whichsuch enablesthat multiple computers tomay share a {new-tab-link:http://www.csiberkeley.com/}CSI{new-tab-link} Software license. The [licenselicenses|kb:Licensing]. The license server has access to license codes. When a networked computer starts theopens and runs a shared software, it obtains a license from the license server, which then coordinates sharing within the network. The Sentinel RMS License Manager will install to the following location:

The latest version of the Sentinel RMS License Manager is 8.5. Sentinel RMS 8.5 and associated Utilities are required for networking CSiXRevit 2013 licenses.

CSiCOL licenses can only run on the Sentinel RMS 7 License Manager.

CSI Software and associated versions licensed using LM v7 are listed as follows:

* ETABS -- v8 / v9 (v9 is LM7, v9.5 is LM8)

* SAFE -- v7 / v8
