h2. Using SAP2000 V12 License to Run SAP2000 V11

SAP2000 V11 cannot be run using V14 license. However, you can use SAP2000 V12 license to run SAP2000 V11. To be able to use SAP2000 V12 license to run V11, create a text file named "Level.Txt" in the installation folder of SAP2000 V11. This text file should have two lines as follows:

Line 1: Program Level. If you have advanced level of the program, line 1 should read ADVANCED.
Line 2: 12

Once the above text file is saved in SAP2000 V11 installation folder, you should be able to run it using V12 license. If you are using the standalone version of SAP2000 V11 then you also need to copy the V12 license file in the installation folder of V11.
