When SAP2000 shows a warning that no nodes are present in the CIS/2 file then its mean message indicates that only non-analytical entities are present, and that these entities cannot be imported for structural analysis. These non-analytical entities may have geometry representation and can be viewed by within the VRML viewer, but they are not suitable for structural analysis, and cannot be mapped easily with SAP2000 objects.
